My love of fitness started out as a passion for ballet. I trained vocationally from the age of twelve, living away from home to pursue a career in dance which eventually took me to London Studio Centre where i achieved my BA (hons) degree in dance and performance. Since graduating i have danced around the world, including training with Beyonce's choreographer in LA for 3 months, before moving back to London in 2015. That's when i found barrecore! It combined my love of ballet and technique with a fun all over body workout, I am currently the Lead instructor of our Mayfair studio and I have never been happier!

In my spare time I love finding other fitness classes to try out and reading up on healthy recipes to try and beauty blogs! I'm hoping to start my own blog soon – I'll keep you posted.

What is your pre-workout ritual? My pre-workout ritual usually includes a chia pot packed with berries and nuts and blasting some of my favourite music – usually either house, rock or motown depending on my mood!

What is your guilty pleasure? My guilty pleasure has got to be a good red wine and chocolate, is there anything better! (My boyfriend would say it's watching Real Housewives, i am OBSESSED)

How would you describe your style? I would describe my style as minimalistic slouchy chic?! My favourite season is autumn and i love layering and chunky knits, usually black, greys and camel tones. But when i workout i love wearing bright colours, patterns, anything with a mesh insert!

IN MY PAST LIFE: In my past life i must have been something with a shell, i hold home very close to my heart and have more soft furnishings than anyone would ever need. But breaking away from that i have always wanted to travel, i hope some day i can do it as part of my job!
