As a fitness and success expert, Rebecca writes for a number of leading national and international media, as well as her own fitness blog on Huffington Post, using her background in psychology, neuroscience and NLP alongside her personal training qualifications to give a completely unique approach to health and fitness.
Rebecca started her first business at 18 and by 23 had 3 businesses under her belt. After running her successful fashion business for several years, she became Brand Director for a leading lifestyle brand. While juggling her businesses, she continued to study Psychology, Self-Development, Coaching, Neuroscience and Business Training theories, specifically focusing on their applications for women. She then went on to complete her qualifications in Personal Training.
Rebecca loves all sports, healthy cooking, travelling and spending time with her husband, family and friends. She is passionate about weight training and her 5-7 times per week training schedule allows her to indulge her very sweet tooth.
